Overview

Use Orum to work phone-call tasks created in Unify. Your CRM carries the work between the two products: Unify syncs ready call tasks to the CRM, and Orum uses those tasks for calling. Completed CRM tasks can then update the corresponding tasks in Unify. This workflow needs an active Orum account, a CRM connection in Orum, and a workspace CRM connection in Unify with task sync enabled. A CRM administrator may need to approve the connections and configure access.

Work call tasks

When a phone-call sequence step is ready, enabled CRM sync rules write its task to the CRM for Orum to use. A task must be ready before it enters this calling workflow. Completion behavior depends on the CRM. In HubSpot, the task originally written by Unify must be completed. Salesforce also supports matching a completed Orum call to a single Unify call task for the same person and due date. That task must have been ready when the call was completed.
