Overview

Connect your Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook mailbox to send sequence emails from your work address. Replies continue to arrive in that mailbox and can also be reviewed in Unify. You need access to the email account and permission from your organization to connect it to Unify. Self-serve plans support one connected mailbox per user.

Connect your account

1

Choose your email account type

Open Settings → Mailboxes and click New mailbox. Choose Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook.
2

Authorize the connection

Sign in to the account you want to send from and review the requested permissions. Complete your organization’s approval process if required. Unify returns you to mailbox settings after authorization.
3

Review the mailbox

Open the mailbox to check its assigned user and send limit. Review your sender name and email signature in Settings → Profile. The mailbox is then available when you enroll people in a sequence.

Plan your sending volume

A new connected work mailbox defaults to 50 sends per day in Unify. Review its sending limit alongside the email you send directly or through other tools. Those services may impose their own limits on the account. For dedicated outreach mailboxes with Unify-managed setup and deliverability, see Unify-managed mailboxes.

Connection problems

Ask your email administrator to review Unify’s requested access and approve the connection. Then repeat the connection flow using the same account.
Open the mailbox in settings and click Reconnect to sign in again. Review affected enrollments after access is restored.
On self-serve plans, each user can connect one mailbox. Each teammate should connect their own account. If you need additional sending mailboxes, review the Unify-managed option with your Unify team.
