Overview

Notifications help you stay on top of important updates — from positive replies to Sequences to ensuring no tasks slip through the cracks. Notifications are available both in-app and through Slack, giving teams visibility wherever they work.

Notification Types

Replies to Sequences

Receive a notification when prospects reply to your Sequences. Admins can customize which reply classifications trigger notifications. Slack notifications can be sent to shared channels to increase team visibility.

New Tasks

Get notified when new tasks are assigned to you. Reps receive task notifications as soon as they are assigned. Admins can choose to be notified of all new tasks or only those assigned to them.

Notification Channels

Unify supports notifications across multiple channels so you can stay informed wherever you work.

In-App Notifications

Access all your notifications directly within Unify through the notification feed in the left sidebar. The notification icon displays a badge with your unread count, making it easy to see when new updates arrive.

In-app notification feed

In-app notifications provide quick access to relevant context and allow you to take immediate action — like viewing a reply or opening a task — with a single click.

Slack Notifications

Connect your Slack workspace to receive notifications directly in Slack. Admins can configure notifications to be sent to shared channels for team-wide visibility, or individuals can receive personal notifications through the Unify Slack app.
