Two things drive dialer cost: the phone numbers your reps hold and the call time they use. Calling is included for Unify customers, with no separate seat fee to turn the dialer on.

Phone numbers

Each rep gets a set of free phone numbers based on your plan. Reps can hold more than the free allowance, and additional numbers cost 100 credits per number per month.

Call usage

Call time is billed at 2 credits per minute. Billing starts when the prospect answers or voicemail recording begins, and minutes are rounded up to the nearest full minute. If your team runs out of credits, calling pauses until you top up your balance from the in-product prompt.
