Dialer pricing - Unify

Overview

The dialer uses credits for additional phone numbers and connected call time. Your plan determines how many numbers each rep can hold without a monthly number charge. Review your allowance and the displayed cost when adding a number.

US and Canada phone numbers

Each additional US or Canada number costs 100 credits per month. The allowance applies per rep. Dialer settings show the current allocation for the selected user.

Call usage

Calls to US and Canada numbers cost 2 credits per connected minute. Connected time includes time spent on voicemail. Ringing time and attempts that never connect do not incur a call-time charge. Each call’s connected time is rounded up to a whole minute. For example, a US call lasting 2 minutes and 10 seconds uses 6 credits.

International calling

Numbers in the United Kingdom, Germany, and France cost 200 credits per month. Calls cost 4 credits per connected minute. See international calling for availability and country-specific approval requirements. Review the cost displayed in dialer settings before adding a number.

Manage your balance

Calling requires available credits. If your workspace runs out, add credits before starting another call. See the credits and usage guide for how credits are shared across Unify.
