One of the biggest reasons to call from inside Unify is that every call logs itself. When a rep hangs up and logs a disposition, Unify writes the call back to the person record and syncs it to your CRM automatically.

What syncs

Each call syncs to Salesforce or HubSpot as an activity on the matched person, including:
  • The call itself, with its time and duration.
  • The disposition the rep logged, such as Meeting booked or Not interested.
  • The notes the rep logged on the call.
  • The transcript of the call.
  • The recording, when recording was on for that call.
Inbound callbacks are logged too, so both sides of the conversation show up in your CRM and reporting.

How calls are matched

Calls sync to the person record they were placed from, so the activity lands on the right contact or lead in your CRM without manual matching. The write-back uses your existing CRM connection and field mappings.

Supported CRMs

Salesforce

Calls sync as activities on the matched person in Salesforce.

HubSpot

Calls sync as activities on the matched person in HubSpot.
Call sync uses the same CRM connection as the rest of Unify. If calls aren’t appearing in your CRM, confirm your Salesforce or HubSpot integration is connected and syncing.
