Overview

The prospecting dashboard shows how plays find people at target companies and enroll them in sequences. Use it to compare prospecting activity across plays and review the people found at each company. Open Insights → Prospecting.

Review people found

The People tab shows two measures:
  • Prospected: people found by prospecting actions in plays during the selected period.
  • Sequenced: enrollments created by plays during the selected period, excluding enrollments that were manually unenrolled or replaced.
These measures follow the dates of their respective activities. A person found in one period and enrolled in another contributes to each period’s relevant metric. Use Pivot by → Play to compare the plays responsible for that activity. The table shows each person’s company, enrollment status, sequence, and dates for prospecting, enrollment, and the first email. Open a person’s details or follow the sequence link to investigate their progress.

Review company prospecting

Switch to Companies to see prospecting attempts and the percentage that found at least one person. Each run of a play’s prospecting action counts as an attempt, so the same company can contribute several attempts. For example, five attempts that find people on four occasions produce an 80% success rate. Use this measure to review how often your prospecting criteria find people at the companies entering your plays. The company table brings together the people prospected and sequenced at each company. Use search, sorting, and Columns to inspect the records, or Export to download the report. To change who a play looks for, review its prospecting action.
