# Workspace

> Manage your team, shared settings, and usage.

## Overview

A Unify workspace brings your team, records, and workflows together.
Administrators manage access and shared settings so teammates can work with the
right permissions and resources.

Open **Settings** from the workspace menu in the top-right corner. The
**Workspace** section contains the controls for members, general settings,
usage, and billing. Start with the guide for the task you need to complete:

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Members and roles" icon="users" href="/reference/workspace/members-and-roles">
    Invite teammates, choose their permissions, and manage departures.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Workspace settings" icon="gear" href="/reference/workspace/settings">
    Set workspace details and create fields for user profiles.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Sign-in and SSO" icon="key" href="/reference/workspace/sign-in-and-sso">
    Understand sign-in options and coordinate enterprise SSO setup.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Credits and usage" icon="chart-line" href="/reference/workspace/credits-and-usage">
    Review consumption, available capacity, and billing details.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

## Configure connected workflows

Some administration belongs with the workflow it affects. Use
[CRM connection preferences](/reference/integrations/overview) to control which
CRM credentials Unify uses, [email sending](/reference/deliverability/overview)
to manage mailboxes, and [engagement policies](/reference/engagement-policies/engagement-policies)
to define which accounts reps can engage.

Teammates manage their own profile and
[notification preferences](/reference/notifications/preferences) under personal
settings.
