## Overview

Unify credits measure usage of capabilities such as prospecting, enrichment,
research, chat, intent signals, and calling. Your plan determines the credit
allocation, renewal cycle, and options for purchasing more.

Open [**Settings → Usage**](https://app.unifygtm.com/dashboard/settings/workspace/usage)
to review consumption and available capacity. Administrators manage purchases
and billing.

## Read your balance

The summary shows the current credit cycle and credits used against the available
allocation. It also shows used and available user seats and, where applicable,
Unify-managed mailbox capacity. Check the cycle dates when comparing usage with
your plan.

<ThemedImageFrame lightSrc="/images/reference/workspace/usage-light.png" darkSrc="/images/reference/workspace/usage-dark.png" alt="The usage page with credit and seat balances and a chart grouped by play." />

The chart has its own date range. Its total can differ from the cycle balance
when you select a different period or focus on usage attributed to a play or
sequence.

## Find what uses credits

Choose a date range to review consumption by product. Where available, use
**Pivot by** to group usage by play or sequence, then select the groups to
compare.
Use the refresh button to retrieve updated results.

Rates depend on the activity and your workspace's configuration. Use the
product's displayed rates and estimates when planning usage:

| Activity | What to review |
| - | - |
| Prospecting and enrichment | The prospecting, email, and phone enrichment rates shown for your workspace. Enabling additional enrichment can change the cost. |
| Research agents | The questions answered and research generated. |
| Chat | Usage varies with the work performed by the chat. |
| Website and other intent signals | The rate for the relevant identification or tracking activity. |
| Calling | The destination and call duration. See [Dialer pricing](/reference/dialer/pricing). |

Keep the selected date range and grouping consistent when comparing workflows.
If consumption rises unexpectedly, identify the contributing activity before
changing limits or purchasing more capacity.

## Add credits or capacity

Click **Add credits** to review the purchase options supported by your plan.
Enter a quantity and review the total and payment details before confirming.
The dialog explains any plan or trial restriction that prevents a purchase.

Use **Add users** to review additional seat capacity, or **Add mailboxes** for
Unify-managed mailbox capacity. For mailbox setup and requests, follow
[Unify-managed mailboxes](/reference/deliverability/managed-mailboxes).

When you approach a credit limit, review active workflows and upcoming work.
Credit-dependent actions can stop when their allocation is exhausted. After
adding credits, check the affected workflow for any recovery action it requires.

## Review billing details

Open
[**Settings → Plans & billing**](https://app.unifygtm.com/dashboard/settings/workspace/billing)
to review your plan and the billing controls available to your workspace.
Administrators can manage supported payment and billing details there.
For questions about your contract, renewal, or a charge, contact
[billing@unifygtm.com](mailto:billing@unifygtm.com).
