## Overview

Connect your Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook mailbox to send sequence
emails from your work address. Replies continue to arrive in that mailbox and
can also be reviewed in [Unify](/reference/sequences/replies).

You need access to the email account and permission from your organization to
connect it to Unify. Self-serve plans support one connected mailbox per user.

## Connect your account

<Steps titleSize="h3">
  <Step title="Choose your email account type">
    Open [Settings → Mailboxes](https://app.unifygtm.com/dashboard/settings/deliverability/mailboxes)
    and click **New mailbox**. Choose **Google Workspace** or **Microsoft Outlook**.

  </Step>

  <Step title="Authorize the connection">
    Sign in to the account you want to send from and review the requested
    permissions. Complete your organization's approval process if required.
    Unify returns you to mailbox settings after authorization.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the mailbox">
    Open the mailbox to check its assigned user and send limit. Review your
    sender name and email signature in
    [Settings → Profile](https://app.unifygtm.com/dashboard/settings/my-profile).
    The mailbox is then available when you enroll people in a sequence.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Plan your sending volume

A new connected work mailbox defaults to 50 sends per day in Unify. Review its
[sending limit](/reference/deliverability/sending-limits) alongside the email
you send directly or through other tools. Those services may impose their own
limits on the account.

For dedicated outreach mailboxes with Unify-managed setup and deliverability,
see [Unify-managed mailboxes](/reference/deliverability/managed-mailboxes).
