# Intel settings

> Manage account research and generation limits.

## Overview

Account intel gives reps research, suggested prospects, and outreach angles for
companies in their [book of business](/reference/book-of-business/work-your-book).
Administrators choose the AI model and how many times each user can generate
intel in a month.

## Configure generation

In [Settings → Intel](https://app.unifygtm.com/dashboard/settings/book-of-business/intel), configure:

* **AI model:** Choose the model used to research accounts. The selection affects
  research quality and [credit usage](/reference/workspace/credits-and-usage).
* **Manual runs per user:** Limit how often each user can generate intel each month.

Under **Data sources**, choose which available sources intel can use. Connected
CRM data and research sources provide additional context alongside Unify data
and public-web research.

Each generation consumes credits based on the AI work performed. Click
**Save changes** to apply the settings to your workspace.
